Claire Zulkey
Claire is Managing Editor at Inbox Collective. She runs Evil Witches, a Substack for “people who happen to be mothers.” She is also a longtime freelance writer, editor and consultant with expertise in alumni publications, health, families, business, humor, and content marketing. She has also authored and ghostwritten several published books. You can find many of her clips here.

Dan Oshinsky
Dan runs Inbox Collective, a consultancy that helps news organizations, non-profits, and independent operators get the most out of email. He specializes in helping others build loyal audiences via email and then converting that audience into subscribers, members, or donors.
He previously created Not a Newsletter, a monthly briefing with news, tips, and ideas about how to send better email, and worked as the Director of Newsletters at both The New Yorker and BuzzFeed.
He’s been a featured speaker at events like Litmus Live in Boston, Email Summit DK in Odense, and the Email Marketing Summit in Brisbane. He’s also been widely quoted on email strategies, including in publications like Digiday, Fortune, and The Washington Post.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri in 2009.
